Kindness has BIG plans for 2023!

Kindness is expanding hours!

Starting in March, we’re adding afternoon hours. That means Kindness will be open:
- Mon-Fri from 8am-12pm AND 3-7pm.
- Saturday hours will remain 8am-12pm.
In the coming weeks, Kindness will hire 8-9 new employees with cognitive disabilities.
- We’ll be training this new crew.
- We’ll be introducing them on social media.
- They’ll be serving YOU in March!
New hours also means new menu items (coming soon!), new customers, and new opportunities for learning and growth for our team. Yay!

We can’t wait for all that lies ahead for Kindness Cafe. Thank you for being an important part of this journey.

And… well, we have another idea brewing. More on that soon(ish).

Join us for our next UVA GUEST BARISTAS on Monday, Jan 16. It’s MLK Day and kids will be out of school!

Come meet two UVA women’s soccer players who care lots about community and love Kindness Cafe - Becca Jarrett and Michaela Moran.

These 2 stars will be serving smoothies, high fives, and autographs.
